FREE SHIPPING:

We are pleased to offer our customers great value and service. That's why we offer free shipping from our warehouses in China and Spain.

GLOBAL SHIPPING TO MORE THAN 200 COUNTRIES:

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are from one of those countries, we will contact you.

LOST PACKAGES:

MISION13 is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we made a mistake, we will be fully responsible for the original order that was placed for you free of charge.

CUSTOMS:

We are not responsible for any customs charges once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

DELIVERY TIME:

Spain and Europe:

Delivery days: 3-10 business days.

Mexico and Peru:

Delivery days: 7-16 business days

Rest of the World:

Delivery days: 15-25 business days

    PACKAGE TRACKING:

    You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

    MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT."

    For some shipping companies, tracking information takes 1 to 3 business days to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at info@mision13.com.

    WILL ALL MY PACKAGES FROM MY ORDER ARRIVE AT ONCE?

    Items in the same order will be shipped together in the vast majority of cases. However, for logistical reasons, there may be exceptions, and therefore, they will be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
