Return Policies

Return Policy Duration: Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Return Requirements: To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (where applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Please contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, which may also need time to process the refund.

Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable; only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at info@mision13.com and send the item to the address provided.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, we'll mail you a gift certificate.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift was shipped to the person who purchased it, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Times: The time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Recommendations: For returns of items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
